Sweating is one of the body's methods of cooling down and is a normal and natural response. Excessive sweating, also called hyperhidrosis, occurs in about 1 in 100 people.
Anxiety about sweating
Worrying, or being anxious about sweating tends to make the response worse so I work to alleviate the stress and anxiety about the sweating. There are specific neuro-linguistic and hypnotherapeutic techniques that are designed to help facilitate this process quickly and easily.
